HOW DO I CONTACT CONCIERGE WHEN I HAVE QUESTONS?

As a guest, you have direct access to staff via Discord's text channel "rci-welcome". There you may post questions to be answered within a matter of minutes.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES?

BOOKING Season - Check in is a 3pm and Check out is at 12pm.
RENTAL Season - 24-hour period times the amount of days purchased.

(Both up to 5 days. For extended times please contact management.)

WHAT IS THE MATURITY LEVEL OF THE SIM?

This is an Adult Only sim. There are no children allowed.
Even though this is a mature sim, there is no nudity or sexual activity outside of your parceled Villa area.

I WANT TO BOOK THE MARJORITY/ENTIRE SIM, WHO DO I SPEAK WITH?

At that time discussions around a feasible date, pricing and any additional restrictions and requirements will be discussed.

IS THERE A DAY PASS AVAILABLE?

During RENTAL season, you are welcome to purchase a 1-day accommodation.
This will provide access to the entire sim and amenities.

Otherwise, there are areas of the SIM that are open to the public.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

BOOKING accommodation season - Deposits is non-refundable and will have 30-days to reschedule to utilize the unused deposit.

RENTAL accommodation season - Refunds of unused remaining days are refunded. The remaining days are counted after the last day sim access.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION?

BOOKING Season - The deposit is 50% of the cost of the villa reservation. The remaining amount is due at check in.

RENTAL Season requires no deposit as it is first come first serve and paid for the number of days you plan to stay (up to 5 days).

WHAT ARE THE RESORT HOURS?

The sim is open for 24-hours. Hours of operation is from 8am slt - 8am pm slt.

HOW MANY PRIMS AM I ALLOWED?

Pack light as all you'll need is a few props for photos. We are allowing a total of 10 prims.

WILL I HAVE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?

Royal Crest Isles is a waterfront getaway. Each Villa is provided its personal Skiff Boat for travel.

CAN EXTRA GUESTS BE ADDED AT CHECK IN?

The Villa has a capacity of two (2) avatars. Once the 2nd avatar is registered, we will not swap out during the reservation.

HOW CAN I GIFT A RESERVATION AT ROYAL CREST ISLES?

BOOKING season: During the reservation confirmation, inform the staff member that the reservation is a gift and be prepared to provide the legacy names of both avatars who will be staying with us.


RENTAL season: To reserve the rental, make 1-day payment and immediately reach out to Dominique Charles (joycope2018) for residential adjustments for the number of planned days.

CAN I HAVE VISITATION WHILE VACATIONING HERE?

Our EpiCenter is open to the public with reservations to our restaurant La Dolce Vita and Horizon Isle Spa! So you can still meet your friends for a nice Brunch/Dinner or relaxing rub down. However, the other areas of the resort is reserved for guest only.

I'VE LEFT OR LOST SOMETHING WHILE ON PROPERTY - WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

We are not responsible for any lost items. We ship items within 24-hours after the reservation has ended. Please check the original folder or Lost & Found within your inventory.
